Stella Collins BSc, MSc, FITOL With a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Human Communication I have a strong theoretical background to apply to practical learning solutions and am a fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning.  My business background in the IT industry includes programming, technical support, management and training.

I have a passion for transforming tough, technical or dry topics and run an active network for professionals with an interest in brain friendly learning.  My company Stellar Learning actively demonstrates leading learning techniques to ensure that participants are engaged and responsible for their own learning and development. This guarantees effective knowledge transfer to the workplace, providing organisations with maximum return on investment and real results.

Beth Curl BSc MCIPD I bring a first-hand knowledge of the chemical industry into the world of learning and development.  I have a BSc Joint Honours in Chemistry and Biochemistry and nine years experience as a metabolism chemist for Boots and ICI Agrochemicals, where I was a Study Director.  My interest in people and their importance in organisations catalysed my career move into learning and development. I have a Diploma in Learning and Development and am a Chartered Member of the CIPD.  I work with a range of public and private sector organisations, and specialise in communication, leadership and self-management.
Believing passionately that every individual has untapped potential, I create a stimulating learning environment where people build from their existing strengths and develop their skills and confidence in new areas.

We specialize in providing management and personal development programmes for the science and technology sector and work with many clients including BP, Merck Chemicals, AstraZeneca, Evotec (UK), Breakthrough Breast Cancer,  Prosonix,  and Chilworth Global, Shell Global Solutions, Ramboll and the Royal Society of Chemistry.  We are on the preferred supplier lists for OBN and Bionow.
