Who are we?
Stella Collins BSc, MSc, FITOL With a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Human Communication Stella has a strong theoretical background to apply to practical learning solutions. She is a fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning. Her business background in the IT industry includes programming, technical support, management and training. Stella has a passion for transforming tough, technical or dry topics and runs an active network for professionals with an interest in brain friendly learning. Stellar Learning actively demonstrates leading learning techniques to ensure that participants are engaged and responsible for their own learning and development. This guarantees effective knowledge transfer to the workplace, providing organisations with maximum return on investment and real results.
Beth Curl BSc MCIPD brings a first-hand knowledge of the chemical industry into the world of learning and development. She has a BSc Joint Honours in Chemistry and Biochemistry and nine years experience as a metabolism chemist for Boots and ICI Agrochemicals, where she was a Study Director. Her interest in people and their importance in organisations catalysed her career move into
learning and development. Beth has a Diploma in Learning and Development and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. She works with a range of public and private sector organisations, and specialises in communication, leadership and self-management.
Believing passionately that every individual has untapped potential, Beth creates a stimulating learning environment where people build from their existing strengths and develop their skills and confidence in new areas.
